Don't be SUCH a hotel manager!

Well, I still don't understand why the author chose this title. haha.. However, he knows how to communicate with people and explains about that. How to communicate with people? we need to pick people's interest and satisfy the interest. If not, they are not going to neither connect nor talk with us. We also need to come down out of head and need a sense of humor. By the way, what does 'don't be such a scientist' mean? Does it mean we have to dream more and more and make it bigger and bigger? Or, don't stay at the same position? I'm confused because I didn't quiet understand when I watched the video about the book.  Hm, I think I need to watch it one more time when I get back home.
